 Gun barrel L/43 57mm (6 pdr.) Mk. III Crusader III 
Turned aluminium gun barrel with two optional muzzle protection sleeves. Represents the gun barrel originally installed in the Crusader Mk.III, which is similar to the towed British 57mm (6 Pdr.) AT gun, but only has a barrel length of L/43 instead of L/44 as with the anti-tank gun. The gun barrels could be equipped with a muzzle brake, but the thread for this was protected by a screwed-on sleeve in the tank guns. The two most important types of protective sleeves are enclosed as resin parts. Developed for the kit of the Crusader Mk.III from Border Models (BT-012), when using the Italeri model the gun mount may have to be modified.
