This high-quality resin conversion set from MR Models recreates the simplified KV-1 turret of the 1941 model produced at the Leningrad factory No. 371 (LKZ). Designed to enhance armor protection and simplify production, this turret is a distinctive feature of late-war KV-1 tanks.

The MR-35593 conversion set is specifically designed for the Tamiya KV-1 kit No. 35372 and includes:

• Accurate newly designed turret with detailed plasma cutting marks on the armor edges

• CNC-turned aluminum F-32 main gun

• P-40 anti-aircraft mount for the DT machine gun on the commander’s hatch

• Two variants of side add-on armor plates for the turret ring

• Optional heavy welded protection bar in front of the driver’s hatch

• New driver’s hatch cover with matching hatch ring

• CNC-machined engine maintenance hatch

• Rubber-coated support rollers and alternative sprocket covers

• Turret floor designed to fit the Tamiya kit No. 35372
