The company RN-Modellbau was founded in the late 1980s by Ralf Nowack. The RN model range did contain some resin kits and conversions as well as finely developed assortment of photoetched parts, mainly German Bundeswehr, but also a few US Army and NATO vehicles in 1/35th and 1/87th scale.
The former owner Ralf Nowack of the RN-Modellbau company died unexpected in Autumn 2009, one of the oldest and in Germany well-known model series came to an end.
In April 2010 I have made the decision to buy the whole model range for a re-releasing by my company. Some of the master models need improvements or repair, but all former RN models of general interest will be put in production again. A first selection of RN kits from new production will be available till July. The big range of RN photoetched frets shall be back on the market during Summer too. All products will be sold in the MR Models webshop, orders from private customers can be placed when on this website a shop button is to find.
